Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order on Chatniwala.

At Chatniwala, we strive to deliver high-quality food products. Due to the consumable nature of our items, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms mentioned below.

1. Nature of Products

Due to the consumable nature of food products, returns are restricted.

2. Cancellation

  • Allowed within 12 hours of order placement
  • Not allowed post-dispatch

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or expired
  • Wrong product delivered

4. Mandatory Proof

To process any complaint or refund request, the following are required:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Supporting images
  • Complaint raised within 24 hours of delivery

Important: Claims without unboxing video proof may not be eligible for refund approval.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

6. Exclusions

No refund will be issued for:

  • Taste preference
  • Incorrect shipping details provided
  • Minor packaging variations

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Surat courts.
